At Tuesday’s hearing, AGA Vice President Tres York testified before the committee alongside Robert DeNault, head of enforcement and legal counsel at Kalshi. Angelozzi was asked about previous cross-border M&A that had failed to deliver on initial expectations and why he felt this time was different.
